What this V1 collects
The optional news signup collects your email address, your consent choice and its wording version, and the date you signed up. We store this in Cloudflare D1 to manage requests for CDUBS PICKS news and updates. We do not sell this list. Newsletters are not sending yet; email ownership must be confirmed before campaigns begin. There is no visitor account, payment system or advertising tracker. The private publishing desk uses Cloudflare Access to authenticate the operator by email. The publishing database stores drafts, published analysis, outcomes and dated revisions, including the operator identity for internal auditing. Drafts and operator audit identities are not in the public feed. The optional bankroll calendar stores the starting amount and daily entries in your browser’s local storage. These entries are not submitted to CDUBS PICKS. You can export them or remove them using Clear tracker; clearing browser data also removes them. Other calculator inputs are not stored. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request details and access-authentication information to deliver and protect the site.
Installed app and offline storage
The app saves an offline page and supporting files on your device so it can show a connection message when offline. It does not cache live picks or results for offline use. Installing the app does not create an account or sync calendar entries between devices or site addresses.
Social links
Social content is linked, not embedded. Visiting an external platform subjects your visit to that platform’s privacy practices.
News list and your choices
Signup is optional and requires an unchecked consent box. We retain your request until you withdraw it or the list is discontinued. Contact cdubspicks@gmail.com to withdraw consent, request deletion or ask about your data. We retain a suppression entry after an unsubscribe to avoid adding you back inadvertently; deletion requests are handled separately. Future newsletters will include an unsubscribe link, and this policy will identify the sending provider before campaigns begin.
To limit automated submissions, we keep a time-bucketed hash derived from your network address for up to ten minutes, cleared during subsequent successful signup processing. The signup endpoint does not reveal whether an address is already on the list.
Email and privacy questions
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message, for responding to your inquiry. Sending an email does not subscribe you to marketing. For privacy questions, contact cdubspicks@gmail.com.

The proposed legal name is CDUBS PICKS Powered by VECTOR LLC; formation is pending. Operator details, retention periods, service providers and applicable privacy rights remain under review.
